Yes indeed the GA is the most diverse body in which to discuss matters of
importance to the Internet and even more important matters.

I trust Mr. Roessler to keep it intact as a foundation for democracy on the
cyberwaves.

In fact the GA Full would be a great place to discuss the proposal on
restructuring.
