Thank you very much for your illumination.

It will be interesting to watch if ICANN has opted for less communication and
outreach or for more.

I am no technical wizard but I do know that your people were very friendly and
helpful in my several encounters with them.  Your response here is quite
diplomatic.  You speak very well for your group and I hope that your
professionalism was considered in all matters pertinent.

I hope to see your services rendered again in the near future.
