Got this news several days ago and it has been in the works for quite some time.
Why is there nothing reported about it here?

I know JW owns a bunch of their stock you would think he would be ticked off they
are not properly reporting to his INEgroup.

ICANN has huge contracts with them and their KMPG audit docs are over a year
behind.  Smells like Enron.
