  Pocket change!  I would think that as hared as New.net has attempted
to be included into the ICANN process, as only god know why, than
this fee/tax should not be a hindrance...

 That's right Patrick!  >;)  And maybe New.net should just offer
a premium if they are really interested in being included in the
Registrars club of ICANN...  I am sure if New.net made some
behind the scenes $$ offers, say a cool $1m all of the non inclusive
problems that New.net has would vaporize, with the appropriate
politically correct speak of course coming from Stuart Lynn...  >;)
