I cannot find any problem with this statement. Would this be a
responsible
statement to make to a client registrant of a Domain Name registered
anywhere?
It actually ties into the UDRP, Transfers, Privacy and implementation of
ISP
concepts for assisting clients.

Roeland it is appreciated that there are people such as you that can
leap
between the techno and the moral policy issues with such talent.
Calling a man
to back up his words is something we need more of and not less.
Political
Correctness should require your honor here and not defeat it.

What is the GA policy and position on inclusive roots?

I believe it is this;

1. ICANN should begin serious cooperation discussions with other root
operators.

2. All other root operators should form an organization and become a
constituency ( this maybe should be a SO ) of ICANN's DNSO.

3. All parties should act responsibly to ensure ease of transition and
avoidance of confusion to dotcommoners.

Are there any others who agree with this and could we form some sort of
petition
to our Council and BoD to such effect?

Sincerely,
Eric
