Derek and all assembly members,

  The biggest abusers, depending on what the definition of abuse is
on any given day, seems to be the larger Registers such as Registry.com.
Registry .com in particular have now a long history of abusive activities
of various sorts that have been reported on a number of occasions.

  The biggest problem here seems to be that the ICANN BoD and staff
have failed to do their oversight duty as contracted with the DOC/NTIA.
As such I cannot blame NSI/VERISIGN for taking the step they have
here.
