Typical, when you can't use reason you use faulty analogy to declare a
conclusion. Where is your proof? Chairs are not names. However, I can call a
chair instance anything I like.

Because it is an inclusive name space, they avoid existing names already.
The restriction goes both ways, quid pro quo. BTW, since you made this a
statement, I agree with it.

Your argument is not real coherent. But, essentially correct. ICANN cannot
