Re: [ga] [Clarification] NC Proxies


DNSO Secretariat and all remaining assembly members,

  I don't recall a vote by the GA on this rule.  Is there a record of
GA members voting in favor of this rule?

  This rule seems pretty restrictive and non-standard form a marketplace
point of view....
