Re: [ga] percentages and numbers of cases


There are also defendants who trademark owners might _think of_
as "losers" who have won under the UDRP, representing themselves.
And the same cases, had they been brought in court (any court),
would almost certainly have gone the other way, since a professional
jurist would not have tolerated the contempt and/or disinterest that those
defendants have had for the rules of engagement.  I hesitate
to provide examples, having been on the losing side.  ;)
