Jonathan's track record as Workgroup C chair was exemplary.  In
perhaps one of the toughest situations, he was able to lead the group
to a consensus that many thought was going to be impossible to
achieve.

He also stood up for that consensus when it was challenged.

These traits are the ones most needed by a DNSO Chair candidate.
