Mr. Gomes has posted only one comprehensive document, very much appreciated 
I should say.
Other than that, he has replied and answered questions in relation to the 
Verisign contract, and this has been appreciated as well.
If the majority that favours one solution keeps posting on the subject, as 
it should do in the next two weeks, I don't see how we can have a meaningful 
debate if we don't allow the representatives of the minority to reply. I 
would encourage Chuck to continue contributing.

Harald was completely correct in raising the problem, and his intervention 
is in order. However, we must also take into account the spirit of the rule, 
which is to limit the irrelevant and/or repetitive postings, not to limit 
the right of replying to the questions.
