1. it should be stated that the non profit organization will be publicly 
set-up or selected as per rules established by the BoD after discussion at 
the DNSO. It should also be stated that VeriSIgn will handle the M$ 5 to 
the selected/publicly set-up .org managing non-profit and not the iCANN.
2. that the M$ 200 will be used in addition to the normal investement of 
VeriSign and according to a budget to be reviewed by the concerned parties 
(DNSO, PSO, ASO, Registrars, @large) and publicly agreed by the BoD. And 
that it will serve to open competition and that developped softwares will 
be under the GNU licence.
