Let's hope so.

I found it interesting that they didn't feel the need to put any specifics
regarding "geographic/ethnic diversity" in because it's already in the
by-laws.

With ICANN BoD's displayed propensity to re-write the bylaws to suit them,
I'd feel much more comfortable seeing specifics required in any resolutions
they pass to safeguard against this, or else a simple re-write of the
bylaws could change aspects of everything they've done so far.
