[ga] Extension of Interim Directors
I was aware that this was being discussed by some
members on the list but what evidence is there of consensus?
IMHO any move to seat new Directors before
the AGM would seriously impact on the power of the members to hold the
previous Directors accountable for their management. If they are dismissed
before an AGM, they are relieved of the necessity to account to the AGM and the
AGM starts to look a bit pointless.
