Please US lawyers/Andy correct me if I am wrong: I understand that CA
laws are equivalent. ICANN is actually "owned" by its Members. But:
-  the actual "listed" Members are unkown
-  the CA law says that is a Member whoever participate to the BoD
    election, hence the trick about "selection"
So the future is an action by @large members who shared into the
actual election process (Jonathan Cohen was *not* elected by the DNSO)
to make legally accepted they are ICANN members, to call for a general
assembly meeting and to reniew the entire BoD.
