[ga] dns roots
Maybe I'm missing something, but what's the point of all of the root
servers, a-m, if so few of them ever return answers? Right now
only 4 of 13 give any answers. Often less than 3 do.
I have to run a cron job every hour to exclude unresponsive or
knownothing servers to keep name lookups from stalling all the time.
