[ga-full] Re: [ga] Yokohama Remote Participation -- Feedback Requested

Andy and all remaining assembly members,

We have been down this path before, in fact on every single occasion
in which an ICANN meeting has occurred. And still there is as there has
been poor to barely adequate electronic participation despite the
ICANN Boards promise for such, and requirement in it's
own bylaws.

In short here though we [INEGroup] are in agreement with Andy's
comments here, as well as having real time Internet Video conferencing.
