Oh but I am serious.  Very serious.  I was the first advocate in these
conferences for Safe Family Values (SFV) tld's.  Now - on a personal
basis I am of the opinion that the concept of "Childhood" is dead - what
with the perversions of television and now the internet, but I feel there
are people out there who could make a good go of it - and they should be
afforded the opportunity.

That my friend is where the dns comes in.  First of all the SFV ISP would
place a firewall preventing all dns queries to the outside world.  He then
drops all tld's which are outside the SFV tld zones (such as dot.com) and
only provide dns service to safe tld's.  It's elementary.

P.S.  What's hard is running the Registry for such an effort.  Needs
