[ga-full] Regarding new gTLD

Hi, I'm the CEO for InterTVNet Universal Comm.
I was wondering if it would be possible for
my company to register it's own gTLD apart from
the present ones. as well as accept registrations
under it. If you can point me in the right
directions it would be verry appreciated.
