[ga-full] [Admin] Posting limits

I have to remind the participants of Roberto's earlier announcement of
a limit of 5 messages per participant per day.

Yesterday (Mar 30), William Walsh had 13, Simon Higgs had 11, and 
Christopher Ambler had 13.

I am happy to see that the tone of messages has calmed down a bit, but
I have to admit that I see the value of the continued discussion as very low.

And the volume of it is WAY too high.
Please throttle your postings, gentlemen.
