  You are quite correct here John, and thank you for clarifying things
a bit here in a nice brief laymens terms manner.

  You have to also realize that some folks such as WXW have a propensity
to speak before they have adequately done their homework, of don't
care what the law really is, such as the ICANN board, ect....
