Gentlemen - I do not know why censored@censored would be blocked. I do not
know of any specific information I may have tried to convey to the Atomic
Energy Agency. However, I do, from time to time, respond to surveys
regarding opinions on government actions, but do not specifically remember a
survey on Atomic Energy.

Censored should not be on any blocked list.
