I fully endorse the nomination of Professor Weinberg to the
Chairmanship of the General Assembly.

Jonathan has a solid track record within ICANN as the former Chair of
a working group.  I believe he is a proponent of sensible progressive
change to improve ICANN, and has an eminent reputation which will lend
status to the general assembly which he would represent to the ICANN
Board and the Names Council.
