[ga-abuse] and now Joe Sims

I would like you to issue a warning to Joe Sims for using the following 
language directed to Prof Froomkin:

 >Any insults are free.  How about you; do you speak for yourself
 > or are you representing particular clients when you publish your regular
 > contribution of  misrepresentations, and fantasy?

This is no less offensive than what you warned Mr Sotiropoulos for and 
calls for a public apology.
