[ga-abuse] [Admin] Warning

Bradley,

your last postings's subject line and introduction
is violating the GA posting rules:

>Subject: [ga] CHANCELLOR HITLER DISOLVES PARLIAMENT.... THE FINAL SOLUTION HAS
> COMMENCED

>Wow! Can you believe that guy? Is Cap'n Stu(bing) really going to repeat
>that bit of History?

The GA is certainly open for criticism of any and all
ICANN decisions and actions, even for strong criticism.
However, the list rules decided by the GA participants
are clear:

>- The messages must observe a minimum of decorum, including:
> - Not indulging in personal attacks, insults or slander
(http://www.dnso.org/dnso/notes/2000.GA-ga-rules.html)

A comparison with Adolf Hitler -- a dictator and mass murderer
-- and the "final solution" of mass killing of Jews in Europe
is a strong personal attack and insult which is clearly over
the line. Drawing attention to your posts with such comparisons
in the subject line cannot be justified.

Please refrain from such personal attacks in the future
or your posting rights will be suspended.

>A list monitor may impose 2 sanctions against offenders:
>
>- Monitoring of posts. This will cause delay of postings from the affected
> individual until a list moderator approves them as being within the content
> rules, or rejects them
>- Suspension of posting rights. This will cause mail from that person not to be
> sent to the GA list.
>
>Both sanctions are imposed for a limited period of time (typically 2 weeks),
>and are announced on the mailing list. Repeat offenders may get correspondingly
>longer sentences (for instance 4 weeks for a second offense, 8 weeks for a third).
>The period is decided by the list monitor.
