I note that Joop's and Leah's complaints about

are the first complaints we have received about Kent
Crispin since taking over from Harald.

I would very much like to hear from our Chair or
Alt.Chair how we shall proceed -- or from anyone
else, for that matter. Tossing a coin (or using
http://shazam.econ.ubc.ca/flip/) seems rather
unsatisfactory...
