This is slander. 
Walsh keeps repeating this sort of thing without any substantiation.

Do you want this kind of thread to go on forever, and let me challenge him
to substantiate this?

Walsh has lost a political struggle in the IDNO. He cannot get any support
in an election. 
That is why he takes his personal attacks to other lists.
Please order him to behave or challenge him to come with precise
substatiations.

If you cannot do this your list rules are not worth voting on.
