[ga-abuse] Bannishment and DNSO List Rules Was:Re: [ga] DNSO ICANN board member

William and all remaining assembly members,

  I did ask, and will do so again if my directors believe it is prudent
to do so.  Or possibly one of our members will fill in for a bit
in my behalf.

  The banishment was unjustified and unwarranted.  We all know that
Harald has a long standing vendetta with myself, Joe Baptista amongst
others of the DNSO Assembly members.  This is of course well
documented in the DNSO Archives and has been pointed out
on several occasions in the not to distant past.

  The practice of using list rules, as you know, for purposes of
selectively censoring anyone is inconsistent with free speech
doctrine as well as proper etiquette and decorum.  Hence, my
request for Kristy, specifically as a non INEGroup member
and therefore a non-interested party, to stand in for me during
this illegitimate banishment.  However she has expressed reservations
as she fears being banished herself as she has privately posted to
me this evening.  Hence, further indicating that the illegitimate DNSO
GA list rules are prohibitive in nature and therefore do not allow
for open dialog, a basic principal of the White Paper and the MoU.
