Joe,
Harald is probably on his way back from Adelaide, and unable to take action
immediately - computer room access at the IETF is generally closed at 12:00
noon Friday local time, which was few hours ago.
For the record, I would have difficulties in claiming that this debate is
out of scope for the GA, even if I am convinced that it is useless.
