[ga-abuse] [Admin] Removal of posting rights for Joe Baptista

Joe Baptista <baptista@pccf.net> has made the following remark on the list:

 >When Jeff called you people in control of the GA horseshitter - I think he
 >was being rather kind.

This has been complained about to ga-abuse, first from William Walsh.
Consistent with previous rulings, this is considered inappropriate
behaviour for the GA list.

Since this is a second offense, I hereby declare that Joe Baptista has lost
his right to post to the GA list for 4 weeks - until Monday, April 17.
Decisions of the list monitor may be appealed to the GA chair.
