Jean-Michel and all,

  Don't bet on it!  Given the actions and attitude of this NC/PNC
(Legitimate?) in the very recent past, and the fact that Javier
Sola's willingness to take directions from the ICANN (Initial?)
Interim Board, I would not be surprised that a last min. change in this
would not occur....
