And, of course, you should make the voting open, with anyone voting who 
wants to.

In addition, it is inappropriate for any of the members ever to have a 
private conversation.

For that matter, many places in the world have customs which do not afford 
one privacy at the toilet, so...

Isn't it wonderful just how many different ways there are to criticize an 
effort, rather than offer constructive input and seek practical, forward 
progress.

Why one could go on ad nauseam...

But, of course, some already have.
