[council] REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF THE VOTE

fellow council members

according to my understanding this vote is currently scheduled to close at
14:00 hrs paris time on tuesday..
i would request a 24 hour extension of this vote for the following reasons:

monday is a national holiday in the usa (i.e. presidents day) and the vote
is scheduled to close prior to normal start of busines on tuesday for all of
north america.

the extension request will still allow adequate time for the votes to be
tallied & posted prior to the names council ratification meeting on
thursday..

respectfully submitted
