Hello All, Attached is the Report of the Transfers Implementation Committee that examined the feasibility of implementation of recommendations in the Transfers Task Force Report. The implementation committee has suggested a few improvements to the current Transfers Task force recommendations that will make them easier to implement for registrars and also provide an overall improvement in the transfers process. There are no substantial changes to the recommendations.
