[council] Audit of Skills and experience on GNSO Council

Hello All,

As discussed at the last council meeting, the Nominating committee is responsible for selecting 3 new members of the GNSO council with skills/experience that are complementary to the skills and experience of the existing council members.

I am putting together a simple spreadsheet, that lists skills/experience of the council members.

I would appreciate it you could send to me by Friday 9 May (either directly or via the council list):
- a simple one paragraph biography if you have one available
- country of citizenship
- country of residence
- skills - (e.g profession (doctor, lawyer, engineer,trademark attorney etc), entrepreneur, academic researcher)
- knowledge specific to GNSO issues (e.g IDN technical specialist, registry/registrar protocol specialist, internet policy specialist, UDRP dispute provider, DNS security specialist, registrar, registry operator, trademark attorney etc)
- employer 
- perspective - ie your primary interest in GNSO policy development (e.g domain name supplier, legal consultant, business consultant, corporate end user, individual user, freedom of speech, consumer protection, )

I will only convey the collective information to the nominating committee, and will not display it publicly on any website.  I will also remove identifying names (although no doubt you could deduce the names).
