[council] Request for Shanghai transcripts

Dear Council members in Shanghai,

could one of you please bring this request from Bret Fausett to 
ICANN's attention?

  Note to ICANN: Can we get "dirty" copies of the transcripts posted as 
  soon as they're available? Re-post corrected copies in due time, but 
  90% accuracy is close enough for those of us not there in person.

That would indeed be most helpful -- even the raw ASCII files directly 
from the scribes would be highly welcome; especially since there has
been some trouble with the webcast.
