As chair, I would like to advise the Council that it is the intention of the Transfer TF to provide a recommendation about its work. This was discussed on the last call.

The discussion of its work and prioritization is being undertaken by the TF so that it can provide such a recommendation.
All members of the TF have been asked to cooperate and participate in this discussion within the TF.
