[council] Drfat NC resolution Reform - post Bucharest
Council,
As discussed at yesterday's NC meeting, please find attached a
proposed NC resolution on reform following the Bucharest meeting. This factors
in the Board resolution which adopted the Blueprint BUT also imposed tests
against certain fundamental principles such as geographic diversity.
The resolution picks out and expands
existing NC recommendations that need to be acted upon
by the ERC in its implementation in order to pass the Board's
tests.
Please discuss them with your Constituencies and be prepared
to vote on them at our next meeting July 24.
