[council] Revised Schedule for Bucharest Public Forum and Board Meeting


To the Names Council:

Comments on the preliminary schedule for the Bucharest Public Forum that
we published last week suggested that more time be scheduled for 
discussion of evolution and reform.  To respond to these comments, and 
still to cover several other necessary topics, we have expanded the 
Public Forum time into the 08:00 - 10:00 time slot on Friday.  The Board 
meeting will begin after that concludes.  The revised schedule is shown 
below:
