Hello Philip,

recommendation 30 about the Nominating/Selecting Committee 
is entitled "Recommendation 30 - Board members at-large." 
I would recommend changing this, since the term "At Large" has
a specific (and different!) meaning in the ICANN context
and using it both for individual user participation
*and* for a Nominating/Selecting Committee only adds
confusion. See e.g. the note about the GA Chair's
position: If "At Large" means NomCom seats, what does
"direct election for at-large" mean? The NC should
be very clear in its recommendations, and e.g. "Board 
members selected by a Nominating Committee" is much 
clearer. The E+R Committee seems to have dropped the
term "At Large" in its latest recommendation.
