Ken, thanks for your comments. I will add in your
clarification to 13.7 on a 2/3 vote.
On the confirmation of vote and telephone, I will change the
text to clarify this is only meant to refer to NC votes.
Given this, Glen , could you comment on the work burden on you
to either:
- confirm receipt of each NC vote by e-mail,
- to monitor receipt of votes and contact a missing voter if
possible.
