Dear Council Members,
This is to remind you about the teleconference, tomorrow, 28th February at
15:00 CET. Please see the list below for other times.
The conference leader is Elisabeth Porteneuve, but Philip
Sheppard's name has remained on the list because of conference call
logistics.
If you will not be able to make the call, please be so kind as to give your
proxy to someone and if possible let me know.
