[council] Conference call participation / Accra scheduling

Dear members of the names council,

since the agenda for the council's next conference call on February 
14 includes the Ghana meetings, I'd like to ask that Alexander 
Svensson be invited to participate in the telephone conference as a 
regular participant (i.e., NOT just on a listen-only line).

Alexander is in charge of the planning for the General Assembly 
session in Accra.
