There was some confusion (on my part) when the new IPC NC reps would be
joining us.  I had already voted on the motion and I am not certain whether
Guillermo did (Laurence is staying on as an IPC NC rep so it is okay that
she voted).  Can you void my and Guillermo's vote and send new ballots to J.
Scott and Ellen?
