Hi Phillip:

I know, I was there.  I voted.

Just wanting to know any deadlines regarding TF on Structure will
conclude
its job, so the NCDNHC can provide input through its representative
(when we elect it) in a timely manner.  Well, I suppouse that the terms
of reference of the TF on Structure that you will provide later will
also talk about deadlines.
