Also my motion requests that DNSO has the opportunity to appoint two
persons (not only one) in order
that one covers ASCII (when I say ASCII, I am talking about all those
ASCII characters not implemented yet in the DNS system) and the other
covers Non-ASCII and both works in team in such committee.

Why this motion is taking too long to be voted?
