Ken and NC,
Actually the take up for Sunday is not bad (just two no's so far). I
agree we should avoid Monday due the clash with other events.

On Tuesday there is a reception at the conference hotel (19.30 -21.30)
so we could have the dinner at say 21.00 near by.
