Just wish to make it clear that
NCDNHC has passed and implemented its
resolution requiring membership dues.
Currently we are waiting for ICANN
to invoice our members. Many of our
organizations require such an invoice
to be able to pay. I suspect that the
conjunction of our request with the
security issues and the preparations
for the Annual Meeting has made it 
difficult for the ICANN staff to respond
quickly.
