[council] connection problems

Hi!

As all may know I use dialpad in order to make calls to USA (regular
rate if I use my phone is since yesterday 0.72 cents the minute and
before was $1.50 the minute).

However, and sadly,today there is not a good connection...In fact, the
operator refused to connect me several times because she cannot listen
to me, however I was able to listen her very well.   I just achieved to
connect succesfully once but only 5 minutes and then disconnected again.

Please, my apologizes.  Thank you for consider the item I was to talk
about.  I will post it to the list since I wasn't able to join the
teleconference.
