fellow council members...
i believe that it would be most appropriate for us to
receive an update on DNSO funds due from the various
constituancies.
a representative of any constituancy who is still past due
should be prepared to briefly discuss what plans they have currently for
bringing the obligation up-do-date.
we have approved funding for a secretariat and it is incumbent
on all constituancies to comply with their respective funding obligations to
insure that this position is funded properly
frankly, this issue is becoming an embarrasment to all of
us
